What foods cause cancer?
Vino Mío Restaurant has once again hold its monthly lunch to benefit the Ronald McDonald House company.
This time the guest is Dr. Antonio Sacchetti, medical director of Oncosur Group and reputed oncologist. Dr Sacchetti was born in Portugal but has been based in Malaga for years. The President of the Ronald McDonald House was responsible for presenting Dr. Sacchetti to all the guests who attended the lunch and wanted to learn more about this great professional and contribute to to this great cause.
Sacchetti, who was accompanied by his wife Helena Morais de Almeida, began with talking about his career, and guests were given the opportunity to ask questions about cancer. The many topics and difficult questions included why a completely healthy person who does not smoke, eat healthy, do sports … can get cancer. The doctor has been able to answer many concerns of the guests. They also talked about the first Oncological Clinic exclusively for animals the group has opened Oncosur in Cabra (Córdoba) and aroused the curiosity of some of those present at the event. They talked about the latest advances in treatments and the best sites and professionals in the field. The guests were been delighted, some guests are regular at these lunches, others were there for the first time, but all agreed had a wonderful time in aid of such a beautiful cause.
